Arflex defines the 9000 as a compact seating system characterized by rounded forms and the ability to create multiple configurations. The collection combines individual sofa and modular elements, including one-arm units, armless units, corner sections, curved elements, an armchair, and a pouf. This modular vocabulary allows the 9000 system to develop into different seating layouts. The structure combines metal and poplar plywood, with elastic strap suspension and shaped differentiated-density polyurethane upholstery with polyester fiber. Black lacquered metal feet with protective nylon glides complete the construction. Fabric versions feature removable upholstery, while additional specifications for the broader 9000 NV 12 Modular Sofa system also identify leather as an available upholstery option. The NV12 configuration maintains the compact, low-profile aesthetic and rounded geometry of the original 9000 system while presenting it in a larger modular arrangement. The NV12 is specifically listed as a three-seat modular sectional configuration.

<span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;
