The disciplined use of curved forms gives the collection its distinctive organic character while allowing individual elements to be combined into a variety of compositions. The trapezoid sofa introduces a more dynamic geometry to the Arcolor system. Arflex lists trapezoid sofas in 252 cm and 356 cm widths, alongside trapezoid island elements, conventional sofas, armrest modules, armless units, a corner element and poufs. Built around a metal and MDF frame, the system uses differentiated-density shaped polyurethane, a polyester slipcover and elastic-strap springing. The Arcolor Trapezoid Modular Sofa base is lacquered metal with protective glides, combining the collection's sculptural upholstery with a visually defined supporting element.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto;
