Arflex Ladle Swivel Armchair Low Back | Designed by Luca Nichetto

The Arflex Ladle Swivel Armchair Low Back, designed by Luca Nichetto in 2014, is a contemporary upholstered lounge chair combining an enveloping low-back profile with the versatility of a swivel base. The Ladle seating system maintains a consistent seat structure while offering three different backrest heights and multiple base configurations. The low-back version creates a more compact expression while retaining the soft, embracing character that defines the Ladle family. The collection was conceived with wood, metal, and four-spoke swivel base options, allowing the chair to adapt to different residential and hospitality interiors. With its sculptural upholstered shell and four-spoke swivel base, the Ladle Swivel Armchair Low Back offers a refined balance of comfort, visual softness, and contemporary Italian design.
