The Belvedere Mirror, designed by Alessio Bassan, is more than a reflective surface; it is a wall-mounted installation that plays with the concepts of depth, light, and perspective. Staying true to Capod’opera’s tradition of "Surface" exploration, the Belvedere mirror transforms the simple utility of a mirror into a piece of contemporary architectural art.The Belvedere is characterized by its unique three-dimensional frame. Unlike flat mirrors, the frame angles inward or outward, creating a "telescopic" effect that draws the eye toward the center and adds architectural volume to the wall. One of the most distinctive aspects of this mirror is the ability to customize the inner edges of the frame. These can be finished in any of Capod’opera’s 50+ matte or glossy lacquers, or even precious metal leaves, allowing the color to reflect subtly onto the glass surface. The exterior frame can be treated with the brand’s signature engravings—such as the 3D Loft or Creek textures—making the mirror frame feel like a sculpted piece of stone or wood. Designed to be hung either vertically or horizontally, the Belvedere adapts to the proportions of the room, whether it’s serving as a full-length dressing mirror or a wide statement piece above a sideboard
