The Vivo Dining Table by Kenneth Cobonpue is a masterpiece of fluid movement captured in solid form. Striking the perfect balance between industrial strength and organic elegance, it serves as an unforgettable centerstage piece for a luxury dining room. The defining feature of the Vivo Dining Table is its mesmerizing, undulating metal base. It is designed to mimic the motion of flowing drapery or rolling waves, appearing impossibly soft and dynamic despite its structural steel composition. The base features a gorgeous, hand-applied gradient finish that transitions from a warm, metallic copper at the top down to a deep, dramatic black at the floor. A thick, tempered clear glass top rests cleanly on the metal crests. The transparent glass ensures that the intricate, sculptural details of the hand-folded metal are visible from every angle of the room. Swirling, vine-like metal filigree crowns the top of each "fold" right beneath the glass, adding an extra layer of delicate texture and artistry.

General Information
After spending years abroad, Kenneth Cobonpue returned to Cebu, Philippines, in 1996 to take over his mother Betty's furniture design and manufacturing company. Betty, who is a designer and a Pratt graduate, founded the company. Kenneth realized that modern design could be reinvented using natural fibers and materials. He began creating the pieces that now make up the collection by blending locally sourced organic materials with innovative handmade production techniques. This offered an alternative to the Western definition of modern design. He pays tribute to the talent of craftsmen, which forms the basis of the designs produced by KENNETHCOBONPUE today. The company produces high-end indoor and outdoor furniture and furnishings known for their artistic imprint and unique visual impact. All creations skillfully integrate nature, traditional craftsmanship, and innovative technologies.
