Imbued with a sense of playful nostalgia and refined organic modernism, the Pebble End Table brings the calming essence of the outdoors into high-end architectural interiors. Celebrated master designer Kenneth Cobonpue strips away rigid geometry to create an accent piece that honors the soft, fluid, and irregular contours shaped by nature itself. The inspiration behind the collection is pure and poetic—the smooth, rounded stepping stones found along a tranquil riverbed. Cobonpue replicates these fluid, asymmetrical silhouettes to evoke the care-free sensation of hopping and skipping along a riverbank. Instead of a standard, predictable accent table, the Pebble End Table serves as a piece of functional art, grounding seating arrangements with a quiet, nature-inspired luxury. The tabletops deliberately break away from standard circles or squares, embracing thin, softly contoured forms that mimic the natural wear of river stone. Showcasing a strong commitment to premium materiality, the surfaces are beautifully veneered in choice, rich grains of Natural Walnut or highly figured Macassar, bringing immense warmth, unique patterning, and character to every single piece. Balancing the earthy, substantial feel of the timber tops, each table is elegantly elevated by three sleek, ultra-slender steel rods. This creates a striking architectural contrast and a floating, weightless illusion. Designed to be mixed, matched, and layered, the collection features varied heights and surface areas, encouraging designers to cluster them together to form a custom, multi-tiered sculptural landscape.

General Information
After spending years abroad, Kenneth Cobonpue returned to Cebu, Philippines, in 1996 to take over his mother Betty's furniture design and manufacturing company. Betty, who is a designer and a Pratt graduate, founded the company. Kenneth realized that modern design could be reinvented using natural fibers and materials. He began creating the pieces that now make up the collection by blending locally sourced organic materials with innovative handmade production techniques. This offered an alternative to the Western definition of modern design. He pays tribute to the talent of craftsmen, which forms the basis of the designs produced by KENNETHCOBONPUE today. The company produces high-end indoor and outdoor furniture and furnishings known for their artistic imprint and unique visual impact. All creations skillfully integrate nature, traditional craftsmanship, and innovative technologies.
