Transform the dining experience into a showcase of high design with the Amaya Round Dining Table by Kenneth Cobonpue. Taking cues from the deceptive complexity of coastal fish traps, this masterful table captures the fluid momentum of an open-sea vortex and translates it into a hand-woven structural column. The inner woven cone tapers elegantly toward the floor, while an outer sheer cylinder wraps around it to provide a balanced, statuesque base. Capped with a thick sheet of clear tempered glass, the Amaya round dining table leaves its intricate, rotating central column fully visible. It acts as an airy yet profoundly dramatic statement piece, pulling guests into a shared circle of elevated luxury, conversational ease, and artisanal beauty. A striking "form-within-a-form" architecture that creates an enchanting optical illusion of spinning kinetic energy underneath the tabletop. The open, semi-translucent weave allows natural light to filter through, maintaining an open, un-cluttered aesthetic in spacious dining rooms or sun-drenched verandas. Available in two distinct construction styles—hand-wrapped natural fibers for rich indoor warmth, or specialized synthetic weave for ultra-premium outdoor spaces. Offered in both Regular (4-6 seater) and Large (6-8 seater) configurations, ensuring an ideal fit for intimate breakfast nooks or large-scale banquet spaces.

General Information
After spending years abroad, Kenneth Cobonpue returned to Cebu, Philippines, in 1996 to take over his mother Betty's furniture design and manufacturing company. Betty, who is a designer and a Pratt graduate, founded the company. Kenneth realized that modern design could be reinvented using natural fibers and materials. He began creating the pieces that now make up the collection by blending locally sourced organic materials with innovative handmade production techniques. This offered an alternative to the Western definition of modern design. He pays tribute to the talent of craftsmen, which forms the basis of the designs produced by KENNETH COBONPUE today. The company produces high-end indoor and outdoor furniture and furnishings known for their artistic imprint and unique visual impact. All creations skillfully integrate nature, traditional craftsmanship, and innovative technologies.
