The Itaca sunbed is significantly wider and more padded than a standard poolside lounger, prioritizing a "daybed" feel. Constructed from high-performance Accoya® wood in Natural Teak or Rosewood finishes. The wood is sculpted with rounded profiles to mimic stones smoothed by the sea. Unlike thin-pad loungers, the Itaca features a 25 cm thick cushion—the same thickness as the Itaca modular sofa. It uses Quick Dry Foam, ensuring that even this deep padding dries rapidly after exposure to water. It features a hidden, semi-automatic reclining mechanism that allows you to adjust the backrest smoothly without disruptive manual latches, maintaining the clean lines of the wooden frame. Available in the collection's signature Mediterranean palette: Warm White, Vibrant Ochre, and Forest Green. Because the Itaca sunbed has a wider footprint (88 cm) than typical loungers, it is often styled in pairs with an Itaca Coffee Table (50x50 cm) placed between them. Its sculptural wooden base makes it attractive from all 360 degrees, allowing it to be placed in the center of a deck rather than just against a wall.
