Designed by Neri&Hu for Arflex in 2024, the Solice Armchair explores the balance between structural lightness and generous upholstered comfort. Its distinctive character begins at the feet, where a subtle bend develops into a continuous line defining the legs, armrests, and support for the high backrest. The slender structure creates a sense of visual lightness around the more substantial upholstered seat and back, bringing contrasting volumes into a carefully balanced composition. This relationship between a thin structural line and a robust upholstered body is central to the Solice design. Elegant yet inviting, the Solice Armchair brings the distinctive architectural approach of Neri&Hu to contemporary interiors. A coordinating footrest is also part of the Solice concept, extending its emphasis on relaxation and visual balance.
