The 9000 sofa is a creation of Tito Agnoli for Arflex. It features a structure made of metal and poplar plywood, and has springing with elastic straps. The sofa stands on black lacquered metal feet that have black protective nylon glides. The seat cushion is padded with shaped polyurethane with differentiated density, and comes with fully removable upholstery in fabric or non-removable upholstery in leather. The 9000 sofa is composed of two or three separate units, and like other upholstered items in the 9000’s collection, it has a space-saving and rounded structure, with seat and backrest cushions that are shaped like shells.
