The Groove Nighstand collection centers on the concept of formal balance. Its name is derived from the vertical recesses (grooves) carved into the external side panels. These are not merely decorative; they serve as the housing for the handles, allowing the front of the nightstand to remain perfectly smooth and minimalist. The result is a piece that looks like a solid block of texture from the front, with its technical mechanics tucked elegantly away on the sides. The drawers are opened via slender, metal L-shaped handles that fit flush into the side grooves. This ensures a "clean-face" look for the drawer fronts. A signature architectural detail is the 10mm thick riser that protrudes about 8mm above the top frame, creating a subtle tray-like effect and a sense of depth. Because it belongs to a wider system, the Groove is available in various stacked configurations, ranging from a low single-drawer unit to taller nightstands. The joints are finished with the high level of craftsmanship typical of the "Bottega Capod’opera," ensuring perfectly aligned seams.
