N.14 Dining Chair is a great classic. The chair is the most famous and best-selling item in the history of furniture. It was designed by Michael Thonet in 1860 and immediately became known as the bistro chair. The N.14 Dining Chair is minimalist in both the chosen material and the fact that just six elements form the entire item. The No.14 chair is the result of almost twenty years of research and is simple, versatile, and contemporary. It is considered the first true example of industrial design. The structure is formed from carefully steam-bent solid beech wood with the backrest and back legs formed out of a single piece of wood and a beech seat.
